Anchored Polysiloxane-Modified Polyurethane Coatings and Uses thereof

DESCRIPTION

This patented technology introduces a next-generation polyurethane coating enhanced with anchored polysiloxane segments. Unlike conventional fouling-release or protective coatings where silicone migrates or leaches over time, this formulation chemically anchors the polysiloxane within the polymer network, ensuring long-term durability, hydrophobicity, and surface performance. The result is a stable, low-energy surface that resists adhesion, improves cleanability, and maintains its properties even under harsh environmental exposure.
